Girls and women remain underrepresented in technology and IT careers, often because learning and work environments aren't designed to include them, limiting both individual opportunity and broader innovation.
VHTO
Instead of solely trying to convince girls and women to choose careers in technology and IT, VHTO focuses on making learning and work environments more inclusive from the ground up. By addressing the structures and cultures that exclude women, rather than asking women to adapt, VHTO promotes equal opportunities in tech, strengthens economic prospects for girls, and leads to better technologies for society as a whole. Their approach is grounded in scientific research and practical interventions across primary and secondary education, the workplace and society.
We support this mission, in cooperation with BDR Thermea and Remeha Benelux, helping VHTO remove barriers through scientific interventions in education, the workplace and society.
