Asti Foundation
Girls and young women are often underrepresented in STEM careers, missing opportunities to discover their talents. This shortage of STEM talent is a problem with a high impact on economic and technological development.

Asti Foundation
Asti Foundation accompanies young women in Spain throughout their educational process, combating the biases that limit their potential and providing them with information, references, inspiration and motivation so that they can discover themselves and be able to successfully develop in their academic and professional future. The STEM Talent Girl program, is a high-impact, free educational program designed to inspire, mentor, and empower young women and girls to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, alongside women who serve as role models and references throughout the journey.
With our support, in cooperation with Baxi Iberia, Asti can provide more mentor training, safeguard pedagogical quality across its regional hubs, and extend to primary education, deepening its impact and generating evidence of that impact.
