Vakmanstad believes every child deserves a bright future, especially those growing up in difficult circumstances. Its educational programs for primary schools in Rotterdam combine technical skills with social-emotional development, media literacy and ecological awareness. Subject teachers offer extra classes, ranging from technology to philosophy, mainly to schools located in Rotterdam's poorer regions, helping children discover their talents and passions. This broad approach helps children grow into physically balanced, socially resilient and mentally strong individuals with wider opportunities ahead of them.
We support this work by funding educational kits for the technology classes, giving children a broad exposure to tech during their school years.
