WorldSkills UK
Craftsmanship and vocational education don't always get the appreciation they deserve, even though a positive image of these professions is essential to growing tomorrow's technical workforce.

BESA
WorldSkills UK is a four nations partnership between education, industry and governments, working to help the UK become a ‘skills economy’, boosting the prestige of technical and professional education. Helping young people from all backgrounds discover the opportunities available in technical and vocational careers, via competitions-based training, assessment and benchmarking, with the national team ultimately testing their ability to achieve world-class standards in the biennial ‘skills olympics’.
In cooperation with Baxi UK/IRL, we offer support for the Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heat Pump competition, giving vocational students the chance to work with industry experts, sharpen their technical skills and gain real recognition from within the sector.
“The WorldSkills UK National Finals showcase the incredible talent and determination of young people across the country. It’s about driving ambition and helping everyone develop the high-quality skills that they need to thrive.”
