JINC works to give pre-vocational (VMBO) students a good start in the labour market. Through research and testing, JINC studies how students decide what to study and identifies effective interventions that help them make confident, futureproof choices. Its Kansrijk Kiezen (Making Promising Choices) approach focuses especially on guiding students toward STEM careers, giving them practical insight into their options. By combining research with hands-on interventions, JINC helps young people navigate one of the most important decisions of their education.
