Baxi UK/IRL has been manufacturing heating and hot water solutions since the 19th century from its site in Preston, and is investing heavily in heat pumps and low-carbon technologies as part of the sector's shift to net zero.
Baxi UK/IRL
Through its partnership with Primary Engineer, Baxi volunteers train alongside teachers, helping pupils build engineering projects and sparking curiosity about technical careers. In cooperation with BDR Thermea Foundation, Baxi also backs Primary Engineer's nationwide "If you were an Engineer What Would you do" competition and supports WorldSkills UK's Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heat Pump competition, giving vocational students real industry coaching, recognition and a route into the sector.
