To spark early interest in engineering, Remeha gives guided factory tours and workshops on energy transition and heat pump technology to pupils and teachers across all education levels, and deploys the Remeha Challenge at events like NewTechFestival in Apeldoorn. In cooperation with BDR Thermea Foundation, Remeha also partners with WorldSkills Netherlands' Plumbing and Heating Technician competition, supports VTi's vocational teachers with refresher courses and equipment, and VHTO's work to change perceptions of girls in technology with female role models and GirlsDay participation.
